Basiclly it is a anti-Melee build, With Siphon Strength to not only reduce the targets damage but to also increase the likely-hood of a critical hit.Works well in Alliance Battle, PvE, and other Arenas.

Equipment

The Shrouded Armor would not be a bad idea to have for extra energy. Another option is Nightstalker's Armor.

• Daggers - Sundering Dagger with fortitude mod would help out.
• Also It can be exchanged for a +5 energy dagger, to help with the energy management.

Usage

• Attempt to target Warriors, Assassins or Rangers since they attack physically.
• Start off with a set position to use Shadow of Haste , preferably a far distance away from the target, for a fast escape if needed.
• Next cast Siphon Strength on target foe then to cover it use Mark of Death. Not only will mark of death cover the hex it will also reduce the healing done to your target by 33%.
• While your foe is weakened by Siphon Strength us the chain of attacks as follows:

   Jagged Strike – Wild Strike – Blinding Powder - Twisting Fangs.

Counters

• The most common counters are things like Spiteful Spirit, Empathy or Shutdown skills like Diversion or Blackout etc.
• Another is if you run into a monk that focuses on hex removal it will take away your Siphon Strength. Which is one of your sources of protection.

Variants

• You could replace Shadow Refuge with Shadow of Haste and Death's Charge for Dash if your feeling the need to be safe for quick escapes.
• You could also instead take other hexes in place of Blinding Powder and Shadow Refuge like Conjure Phantasm or Images of Remorse.
• You can replace Mark of Death with Way of Perfection or Critical Eye.
• Black Lotus Strike and Horns of the Ox are also a exchange for those 2 skills.
