• Armor- A superior health is preferred, and Vigors
• Weapons- daggers of enchanting and a good inscription

Usage

Use Shroud of Distress before you enter battle. Then use Mark of Pain, Death's Charge, BSS, Death Blossom, and Moebius Strike in that order. Keep spamming Blossom and Moebius, until you run low on energy, then just use Black Lotus Strike. if target is below 50%, you can just spam BLS, Death Blossom, and Moebius together for constant energy gain. Use Shadow Refuge if needed.

Usual melee counters as well as hex removal

You could also put a few cover hexes on there if you want....
