The Aggressive Bully spams cheap high damaging attack skills. This build makes it possible to spam attacks while having good energy management.

Attributes and Skills

Armor: Radiant Insignias, Runes of Superior Vigor, Attunement, Superior Dagger Mastery, Minor Shadow Arts, Minor Critical Strikes.
Weapons: Sundering Daggers of Dagger Mastery with a "Too Much Information" Inscription.

Cast Shadowy Burden on your target.
When you are close to the foe, use Burst of Aggression and use Black Lotus Strike. Continue the chain as above.
Even if they survive, your attack skills should still be recharged by Moebius Strike.
When they are recharged, use Black Lotus Strike -> Death Blossom -> Moebius Strike.
Use Black Spider Strike to reapply Poison when needed.
Use Twisting Fangs to reapply Deep Wound when needed.
Heal yourself when needed with Feigned Neutrality.

You could swap Feigned Neutrality for Shadow Refuge for a more dependable heal.
