This build is designed for running to Droknar's Forge. It takes a while to get, but no dual running is necessary.

Equipment

Either use a shield that gives some armor without an attribute, or a shield that has other helpful benefits. Like Hassin's Shell (gives 8 armor and +20 health)
It does not matter what kind of weapon you use, as long as it gives armor or health bonuses.

Usage

Counters

If you get mind freeze while your running #1 you will slow down a lot # you will probably get a maelstorm at your location, meaning you cant recast VOS, and you will get a few more mind freezes most likely you will die. Too make it short it short if you get hit by mind freeze chances are you will die

Notes

One huge problem is when vow of silence stops before you get out of range of your enemies. One helpful thing you should have is any enchantment length increaser on your weapon.
