The Juggernaut is a build designed with tanking in mind.
the design allows you to survive most anything. works well in small farming groups, missions, RA, and general use.

Attributes and Skills

Dervish / Monk	Attribute Rank
Mysticism	12 + 3 + 1
Scythe Mastery	10 + 3
Protection Prayers	8

Equipment

Max Armor. Windwalker Runes or Blessed Insignia's work well.
a Scythe with 20% longer enchantments works best.

Usage

Just outside of the Aggro bubble, cast Avatar of Dwayna, Protective Spirit and Reversal of Fortune. Then run in to your target. Reversal of Fortune will most likely go down immediately, but the purpose of casting it was the energy boost from Mysticism 15 when it ends. then just plug away at your target.

With Mysticism 15, you gain 15 health and 5 energy whenever an enchantment ends, so make sure you let Protective Spirit end when it starts blinking.

Also note that this makes Reversal of Fortune technically free.

While you have Avatar of Dwayna up, your darn near invulnerable. Dwayna + Mending Touch = 2 Conditions removed, 1 hex removed and +128 hp gain. Dwayna + Reversal of Fortune = +115hp, +5 energy gain and a hex removed.

Variations

Eremite's Attack can be switched out for Crippling Sweep for PvP, or against mobs that have the tendency to flee.
Generic Resurrect should be Rebirth (for PvE) due to the points in Protection Prayers, or Resurrection Signet (for PvP)
Other skills that would be worth considering are Wearying Strike & Victorious Sweep.
