HCT and HSR Fire Wand and Offhand
When you're close enough to your foe, cast imagined burden on them. Then immediately cast Burning Speed and unequip your wand and offhand so you run right up to them. When you are right next to them cast arcane echo and double dragon, then the echoed double dragon. There is about 238 damage right there. Once you have cast both of those, cast inferno, phoenix, and flame burst in any order. The foe should be just about dead. If not just cast all your fire spells again.
