This build has been designed for the following use:

The Shattering Vapor takes high damage Water Magic skills, combines them with Glyph of Elemental Power and uses the excellent synergy of Shatterstone and Vapor Blade to achieve a spike effect.

Attributes and Skills

Elementalist / Necromancer	Attribute Rank
Water Magic	12 + 1 + 3
Energy Storage	12 + 1

Tempest Armor
Self Preference (Make sure you do not have a Staff/Wand Which halves Casting time as this may off-time the Spike)

Select a target with low AL, any Casters.
Use Armor of Mist and run in hitting your target with Ice Spear to lower his health prior to spike.
If he is enchanted, use Gaze of Contempt
Cast Glyph of Elemental Power then Use Shatterstone-->Vapor Blade with no second to spare inbetween casting.
Continue to spike targets, keep chaining Glyph of Elemental Power-->Shatterstone-->Vapor Blade whenever Possible.
Use Ice Spear post-spike to finish him off if he is not dead.
Cast Glyph of Elemental Power then apply Water Attunement and Armor of Mist for longer duration and higher armour.

Try to Attack foes which have already lost health which discludes the need to tenderise them with Ice Spear
Enchantment Removal was added to have more variety in your targets.
With the spike Shatterstone does 115 on Applying the hex and 115 on the ending hex. 230 total.
With the spike Vapor Blade does 159 damage on non-enchanted foes.
