[url=]E-R Halter[/url]This build, used along with speed-enhanced tanks, can be used to easily stop enemies in their tracks without being attacked themselves. This build is meant for GvG. This can be useful for keeping melee combatants far away while you soften them up, as well as trapping enemies or keeping them away from certain areas. It is also useful for distrupting enemy split tactics.

This build focuses on kiting enemies (and damaging them for moving) as well as bringing them to a full on stop in areas where they are dealt damage.
First, Serpent's Quickness, then Pin Down and Mind Freeze, one after the other if possible. Follow up with Ice Spikes and Hunter's Shot (if the target is moving). If being attacked, be sure to use Troll Unguent and stay away from fast moving enemies. Aura of Restoration should be used when energy is nearing halfway, then Mind Freeze afterwards if fully recharged.
