this build uses a combination of Chilling Winds and Mind Freeze to create high levels of slowdown to hinder your enamies

Attributes and Skills

use Chilling Winds before using Mind Freeze for a 14.5 sec slowdown
always use Glyph of Lesser Energy before using Deep Freeze
use Resilient Weapon to both heal and triger Wielder's Boon
use Flesh of My Flesh to resurect fallen teammates, but beware the health loss
primarely use Deep Freeze to slow down groups of enamies
use storm djinn's hasthe to kite
do not spam mind freeze as it will lower your maximum energy due to Exhaustion

change deep freeze for an other water hex or spell
for RA, swap Flesh of My Flesh for Resurrection Signet
swap Resilient Weapon for an other long lasting weapon spell (like Splinter Weapon)
