• One-handed mesmer staff with domination with +5 energy and an off-hand with +30hp.

Usage

Use the Simple Thievery than Arcane Echo with Arcane Thievery or with With Arcance Larceny (You can change Arcane Larceny to Inspired Hex). Hex the target with diversion all time, if you want use Guilt. use ether Signet; -Feast for hp and energy.
