The build OoS Healer uses Offering of Spirit for energy
managment and expensive Healing Prayers skills that heal for a lot.
This build is very similar to OoB Healer that has
been nerfed. Although OoS dosn't give as much energy compared to
OoB, it dosn't sacrifice health if a spirit is within earshot. To
bring the full potential of the build, make sure another monk,
protection monk most recommended, is on your team.
Attributes and Skills
Equipment
- Armor - Full Radiant Armor, unless you need or want more
armor/health. Full Radiant Armor is recommended so you can cast
spells for a longer time.
- Weapons - Insightful Healing Staff of Fortitude with a
"Hale of Hearty" inscription
Usage
This build, like the other OoB Healer, is
mainly anti-spike. The healing skills work in the following:
- Infuse
Health as your main anti-spike healer, but make sure you use Healing Touch
on you right after this spell
- Heal Other as
your secondary anti-spike healer if you health is low and you don't
want to lose half of your current health.
- Healing
Touch to heal yourself
- Orison of Healing to heal either yourself
or others. This is the skill you use if you are low on energy or if
others are recharging.
- Dwayna's
Kiss if there are a lot of hexes and enchantments on other ally
so you can gain the full benefit.
- Heal Party to
heal the entire party. Be caution of the energy cost though.
Before the healing actully starts, place your spirit, Bloodsong near you and make
sure you are within earshot of it the entire battle. If you are low
on energy, use Offering of Spirit to gain energy. If you
cannot get the spirit up, just use Healing Touch after OoS.
