This build was an attempt to use the Protection skill Life Sheath to negate
damage as well as protect players from army of creatures in
PVE.

An Insightful Staff with Halves Recharge time of Spells of Fortitude. Monk armor with Extra Energy.
This build should NOT be used for a 1 party monk. It is just to protect players when engaging in fighting.
Before having Allies attack cast the melee allies with Life Sheath. Use Guardian and Protective Spirit on other allies. Use Heal Party wisely when entire party is beginning to lose life. In case of the Healing Prayers monk is having trouble heal allies with Dwayna's Kiss and Signet of Rejuvenation. Use Dismiss Condition on allies that have been conditioned.
Enemy KDs,Massive Degen
If needed for blocking against melee creatures bring Aegis instead of Heal Party.
