This is primarily for PvE, but can also work well for Alliance Battles. It works by using Apply Poison, Sever Artery and Gash for heavy degen and conditions, using "Victory is Mine!" for a heal and energy regain, combined with some nice spike skills too.

Before the fight, use Apply Poison. Run into the fray and use Hamstring as an opening move, to give your foe two conditions and prevent them from running away. Continue to build adrenaline, then proceed to use Sever and Gash, and then Final Thrust if the target is below 50% health. Make sure to use ViM before your target dies for that Health and Energy, but try to get as many Conditions as possible on them first. If taking the healing skills, use them when your Monk and ViM aren't up to it.
Primarily, your biggest counter in PvE is non fleshy creatures, which renders half your bar useless. When using it for AB, condition removing monks can be very irritating.
